As a K-9 with no political affiliations, I felt it was meaningful to stand beside the portrait of our President-elect, Donald Trump @realdonaldtrump, at his country club in Bedminster, New Jersey. The portrait, based on a photograph taken during an unsettling moment-a reported attempt on his life in Pennsylvania-serves as a reminder of the seriousness of public service and the risks leaders face.
In expressing my respect, I firmly condemn any form of violence, threats, or harm aimed at those who dedicate themselves to public office, regardless of their political affiliation. Violence has no place in our society, and peaceful discourse should be the foundation of any democratic system.
As Mr. Donald Trump steps into his role, I extend my hopes for his health, safety, and the success of his presidency in upholding the values that make our nation strong. God bless America and may peace and unity guide our country forward.🇺🇸
