FLEMINGTON, NJ – Dr. Caesar DePaço donated the Flemington Borough Police Department’s newest police K9, Elza, who just graduated from K9 Patrol School and is beginning Bomb Detection School with her handler, Ptl. Gregory Zytko.
In addition, DePaço surprised the department with a donation of a new 2024 Ford Police Utility Interceptor vehicle, fully equipped for the K9s to stay safe.
In honor of DePaço’s generosity to the department, officers presented him with a small acknowledgment of their appreciation, an honorary Flemington Police Chief badge and ID by Flemington Police Chief Jerry Rotella.
“This is a small token of our thanks to him and his family for the outpouring of support for law enforcement and our K9 program,” said Lt. William Soriano. “The Flemington Police Department and its residents are honored that Dr. Caesar DePaço, through his kind giving, chose to help us to better protect our community.”
DePaço is CEO of Summit Nutritional’s Inc., and has donated countless K9s to police departments all over the U.S. and abroad.
